How long is the warranty for my product?
The warranty period is 90 days for Craig models and 180 days for Magnavox and Philco models.

Do I need to have the sales receipt for a warranty claim?
Yes, you will need to provide a valid proof of purchase to establish warranty eligibility. Please feel free to contact us for troubleshooting; however, we will not be able to assist you with a warranty claim without a receipt or if the product is out-of-warranty. 

Where can I get an owner manual?
Please reach out to our call center via phone or email us at craigcs@funaiservice.com so we can assist you with this request.

What should I do if I'm missing accessories from my new purchase? 
If you purchased a sealed, new-good item and it is missing an accessory that should be included, please reach out to our call center for assistance. 

What should I do if I lost or broke an accessory, or am no longer in warranty?
Many of these accessories are universal, and you should be able to locate a compatible part on Amazon, eBay, or any electronics shop. 

 

Refund FAQ

How do I start the refund process?
If you are within your retailer's return period, we strongly encourage you to reach out to them first. If that is not an option, please contact our call center at 888-312-7219 Monday - Friday 10AM - 6PM EST, so we can assist you further. 

What do I need to do to get my refund?
Once you contact customer service and we confirm your warranty eligibility, we will explain our very quick and easy Field Scrap process to you. After the Field Scrap process has been completed, your refund will be authorized and sent for processing.   

How long will it take to get my refund?
Typically, a refund is issued within 1-2 business days after our team authorizes it. Once issued, you will receive the refund instantly as an E-Gift card sent directly to the email you provided.

What do I do if I get locked out of an android tablet via a passcode?
We can only suggest contacting Google.  Android has implemented new security to its operating system that make the previous account stay linked. Sadly, we have no way of obtaining that password.

How do I update date the Wiz on item MSH315v?
The App is currently being worked on by our developers, but we do not have an exact date of when it will be operating correctly.

How do I program MC345?
The following steps should be taken:

  1. Press and hold code search until LED stays red on the controller
  2. Tap the source button (TV, DVD , STB, etc.)
  3. Enter the code

Once the LED blinks they just need to try to power on and off the remote.

How do I set the time on the CVD509 converter box?
The time goes accordingly to the region selected. Please press the MENU button, the setting menu will appear on the screen.

What do I do if my tablet is running slow?
The following steps should be taken:

  1. Restart your device
  2. Close all unused applications
  3. Try uninstalling unknown and unnecessary applications
If this does not alleviate the issue we suggest going into the settings of the unit and performing a factory reset.
 
What do I do if an hourglass icon continues to appear on product CMP616F?
Let the battery drain completely, then charge it again and give it a try. If this does not work, then the files on the player may have been corrupted; therefore, you have to connect it to your computer and delete all the files off your player.
 
What do I do if the disk tray will not open on item CVD401a?
Usually, there’s a pin hole beneath the tray that comes out. Please use a paper clip or safety pin and insert it into the pin hole and push. That should pop the disk tray out.
 
The sound to my MTFT713 DVD player is too low. What can I do?
We recommend installing an amplifier to boost the level of your TV speaker.
 
My DVD player is jammed. How can I get a stuck CD out of the DVD Player?
The following steps should be taken:
  1. Straighten out a paperclip
  2. Locate the tiny eject hole on the right side of the DVD tray
  3. Insert the paperclip into the eject hole and push forward. The eject hole manually releases the DVD tray
  4. Pull the DVD tray all the way out and pop out the DVD


What does it mean when my DVD Player is showing a black & white image?
The unit is not reading the DVD Player - Replace Product if Under Warranty.

Does the night vision automatically come on Onn Dashcam?
Yes

How do I upload photo/video files from my Dash Cam to my PC?
The following steps should be taken:

  1. Connect the supplied USB Connection Cable to the Mini USB Port on the unit
  2. Connect the full-size USB end of the cable to a USB Port on the computer
  3. The unit will automatically power on. The Blue Indicator will illuminate and the Red Indicator will keep blinking
  4. Wait a few moments, the storage folder for the unit will appear on the computer screen.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to watch, upload or save the files to the PC.

NOTE: Compatible computer operation system: Windows XP; Windows Vista; Windows 7; Windows 8 and Windows 10

How can I refill my water dancing speaker?
The following steps should be taken:

  1. Using a screwdriver, remove the 4 screws seen on the back of the speaker
  2. Once the 4 screws are removed, you will need to remove the bottom piece from the water canister.
  3. When the two are separated, set the water canister bottom facing up
  4. On the bottom of the water canister, you will see a hole where the water was inserted. There will be a black plug covering hole
  5. Using the screwdriver, you can pry the plug out
  6. Once the plug is taken out, you can refill the speaker. Only refill the speaker with one inch of water
  7. After the water is filled to approximately one inch. Super glue the hole shut and let it dry
  8. When the glue dries, slide the speaker back on to the water canister
  9. Place back the panel on and insert the 4 screws
